Precision Lens COVID-19 Statement
With the speed at which developments continue to unfold related to the outbreak of COVID-19, Precision Lens is closely monitoring updates from the U.S. Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and other guidelines from state and local health departments.
First and foremost, the safety and well-being of our customers, associates and their families are of utmost importance. We also acknowledge many of you are working on the front lines of the crisis response in your communities, and we want to express our gratitude for your efforts and sacrifices. Our local teams are sensitive to the changing policies at your facilities and are working hard to comply with the new guidelines.
We have taken necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our customers and associates — including social distancing and hygiene recommendations, restricting nonessential business travel, and cancelling or postponing all external and internal meetings.
While we follow the guidelines, we also recognize our responsibility to ensure you have the proper support in place to maintain as much continuity to your healthcare efforts as possible, given these unprecedented circumstances.
Although we cannot resolve the uncertainty inherent in a situation like this, we plan to ensure you that we will continue to provide reliable service within the confines of relevant government restrictions and recommendations.
Here’s what you can expect from us at Precision Lens:
- Customer Service and Orders – we remain operational, with health precautions in place so our customer service teams can continue to fulfill orders and answer questions. Our warehouse will continue to ship orders in accordance with relevant government and geographic restrictions. It’s possible that our customers will experience some carrier-related delays in shipping.
- Product Supply – our supply chain remains intact and we do not anticipate any significant impact to our ability to ship product, based on current inventories and anticipated demand.
